Professional Fee Schedule

All services provided by the Fiduciary are billed at the hourly rate unless otherwise governed by law or court order.

• Fiduciary rate $195-$225 per hour.
• Support staff fees range from $75 - $125 per hour.
• Court appearance fee is $225 per hour.
• Real property sales or purchases billed at 1% of the gross sale or purchase price,

Probate administration fees for ordinary services shall be based on the value of the estate accounted for by the personal representative as follows:

• 4% on the first $100,000
• 3% on the next $100,000
• 2% on the next $800,000
• 1% on the next $9,000,000
• 0.5% on the next $15,000,000
• Court discretion after $25,000,000

** The court may allow additional compensation from the funds of the estate for extraordinary services such as employing or retaining tax counsel, auditors, accountants or other tax experts which may be necessary for the final determination and payment of taxes.
